It is of course with a lot of joy, pride and emotions that I photographed the wedding of my little brother and his sweetheart this summer in Brittany.
As a wedding photographer, I often find myself very emotive during my clients’ ceremonies and during these precious shared moments between the bride and groom, their families and friends. And I’ve felt tears in my eyes more than once! For my brother’s wedding, these emotions were so much stronger. What a chance to share these beautiful and unique moments with your own family, and be able to capture them.
The wedding at the town hall was simple and private, with very few guests, and a very smiley celebrant. Then they had a secular outdoor ceremony in a splendid property in the middle of the Breton countryside. This is also were they had their reception and party. The decoration was «homemade»: the wedding arches (one decorated with ivy and hydrangea flowers, the other with stripes of coloured paper), the speech stand, the barn and dinning tables, the direction signs placed everywhere, etc. All the family tried their best to help the bride and groom to prepare their beautiful day, everyone putting their heart and soul into it.
Congratulations to both of you, Olivia and Tristan, and thank you so much for these unforgettable moments!
